OUR STORY
In January 2008, a group of 10 pastors came together with a desire to express their covenant relationship for Kingdom advancement under the leadership and covering of Bishop Edgar L. Vann II. The Kingdom Alliance Covenant Fellowship international (KACFI) exists to be “A Fellowship Aligned in Covenant Relationship for the Advancement of the Kingdom.” Bishop Vann’s heart desire is to offer to pastors and congregations the wisdom, strategies, encouragement and godly counsel necessary for relevant 21st Century ministry.
What makes KACFI unique resides in the life passion of Bishop Vann to cover, care and infuse into pastors and congregations 45 years of service to local and global community. KACFI is more than a Fellowship, it’s a family of pastors and congregations. Joined by our ecumenical Christian traditions, we are called to engage in authentic relationships, spiritual development and impactful partnerships. The leadership of Bishop Edgar L. Vann II encourages us to be a focused leader, constituency sensitive, holistically grounded and globally aware. We believe that by actualizing our true collective strength and aggregating that strength in our respective communities, we can create Impact to Advance the Kingdom.
Beyond our bi-monthly KACFI meetings, Bishop Vann offers two signature Conferences each year. MasterClass is a world class, three-day intensive. Participants are introduced to an amalgamation of valuable cutting edge information, strategies and services; offered to strengthen the pastors and congregational leaders. Our Annual Convocation, held every Fall, is designed as an epic opportunity for the KACFI Pastors to receive wisdom, training and receive an Impartation from Bishop Vann. Nightly communal worship is led by some of our Nation’s most sought after preachers and worship artists.
KACFI offers to the Pastor a spiritual family that recognizes the power of partnership and relationship. We believe in pastors being able to accomplish more together than we do separately. We seek to maintain a supportive, confidential and grace-centered environment that provides us all with a place for accountability and refuge. For our member churches, KACFI offers a supportive network and fellowship, exposing churches to the latest tools and strategies for church growth, fiscal accountability, community and economic development, and spiritual impartation. The pairing of pastor and people with cutting edge tools strengthens the local church and “Advances the Kingdom.”
